The panel is also equipped with a timer that you can set to 10 minutes. Complete your set

Complete your bath set with the accompanying Sense bath standard and drain hose. These can be ordered separately. If you do not have sanitary facilities nearby, we recommend using the bébé-jou diaper pail for the supply and drainage of water. The bucket has just the right capacity for the baby bath and an ergonomic handle that allows you to carry it easily.

When will my order be shipped?

The estimated shipping date is stated directly on each product next to the order button. Orders placed on business days before 12:00 PM start processing the same day. As soon as your parcel leaves our central warehouse in the Netherlands, you will receive a tracking link. Delivery takes on average 1 to 4 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

We charge transparent flat shipping rates per order: € 6.95 for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg; € 7.95 for Germany and Denmark; and € 9.95 for France, Spain, Italy, and Finland. View our shipping table for all other destinations.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you always have a 14-day return window from receipt of your order. Items can be returned in original, unused condition and packaging in accordance with our return policy.

What should I do in case of transit damage or a defective item?

Did your order arrive damaged or defective? Please report this within 48 hours of delivery via our contact page with clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and damaged product. Our support team will resolve it right away with a replacement or refund.
