Torq Recovery Aardbeien & Room is een herstelshake die na inspanning helpt bij de 4 R's: Rehydrateren, Refuelen, Repareren en Herladen. De formule combineert meervoudig transporteerbare koolhydraten met wei-eiwitisolaat in de aanbevolen 3:1 verhouding van koolhydraten tot eiwit, wat de glycogeenaanvulling versnelt.
