When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on business days before 12:00 PM are shipped the next business day from our warehouse in the Netherlands (Noordwijkerhout). Delivery to the Netherlands and Belgium takes on average 1 to 4 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
We charge transparent flat shipping rates per order: € 6.95 for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg; € 7.95 for Germany and Denmark; and € 9.95 for France, Spain, Italy, and Finland. View our shipping table for all other destinations.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you always have a 14-day return window from receipt of your order. Items can be returned in original, unused condition and packaging in accordance with our return policy.
What should I do in case of transit damage or a defective item?
Did your order arrive damaged or defective? Please report this within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@torminu.com with clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and damaged product. Our support team will resolve it right away with a replacement or refund.
