How it works
From your dedicated spreadsheet to automated tracking synchronization in four simple steps.
1. Dedicated Google Spreadsheet
We configure a secure Google Sheet specifically for your store with the exact column layout.
2. Add orders to your sheet
Enter your dropship orders with EAN barcode, quantity, customer address and your own order reference.
3. Automated processing & Wallet debit
Our script fetches orders automatically and debits your wallet (with 15% B2B partner discount). Promptly refunded if an order is cancelled.
4. Tracking code & Carrier return
Once shipped, our script writes back the tracking code and carrier directly into that same spreadsheet and your customer receives neutral delivery.

Two-Way Synchronization with Shopify
Your personal spreadsheet includes 2 essential return columns: 'trackingcode' and 'carrier'. As soon as an order is fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse, our script pulls the details from Shopify and writes them directly back into your sheet.
Prepaid Wallet & Sufficient Balance
For each new order, the amount (with 15% partner discount) is automatically charged to your Wallet. If an order is cancelled, the balance is immediately refunded. Please maintain sufficient funds (minimum EUR 100 recommended) so fulfillment never halts.

No cumbersome file uploads or manual emails. We set up a dedicated spreadsheet configured with your partner settings and credentials.
2. Automatic order ingestion
Our script scans for new rows periodically, verifies inventory and EAN codes, and creates the orders directly in Shopify.
3. Wallet debit & instant refund
Prepaid debit with 15% wholesale discount. Cancelled orders are refunded immediately back to your wallet balance.
4. Tracking code & Carrier return
Upon shipment, the script writes the tracking number and carrier (PostNL, DPD, DHL, etc.) straight back into your spreadsheet.

API key via custom metafield, sent as Bearer token in the Authorization header.

Rate limits
2 requests per second. Use exponential backoff on 429 responses.

The system automatically sends email notifications for the following events:
